To Co – vid together
without vision we will perish…
To perish means to die. So, if the Bible tells us we will most certainly die of something, we need to take note. Do you have a vision? No, not that long term, 5 –years- from- now – corporate kind of vision. A vision about the day ahead will suffice. It will keep you going. And if the vision involves your favourite coffee shop, let it be your vision then. When we do have something exciting to look forward to, our brain releases endorphins, and that is medicine to your whole body! Or even better, I totally believe that having a vision is part of emotional and spiritual armory!
So, go on then. Make your plans. The ones that will excite you (on the short term preferably but go on … dream long term as well)
And with your vision, add the following to your victory against the Covid challenge: Because …

Covid-19 is at a high prevalence in our country now, therefore it is our jobs to take care of ourselves by practicing safe social distances and proper hygiene protocols. Although vitamins and supplements cannot cure or prevent you from contracting the virus, they are still vital for a healthy lifestyle.
True beauty and wellness start from within.
Being active and following a FUNtastic exercise routine will promote a healthy blood flow to the brain, melt away stress and provide a lovely energy boost. By also getting enough ZZZs your body has time to recharge (your immune system) and fight off unwanted bacteria and illnesses that might be present in your body. A healthy diet, though super important, can sometimes be difficult to achieve when your hormones are all over the place and motivation out the door. Whole grains, fruits and vegetables are great sources of fiber to help balance hormones and promote energy. Stress less and avoid sugary treats and refined carbs for a stronger, healthier, and sharper mind.
“Faith and prayer are the vitamins of the soul; man cannot live in health without them.”
- Mahalia Jackson -
Sometimes we (our bodies) also need a different kind of vitamin boost, the supplement kind. Vitamin C is essential for the growth and function of the body’s immune cells and to produce more antibodies to fight infections. Vitamin D influences and contributes the healthy function of the immune system. The more Vitamin D the immune system receives, the better it will respond to infections. You also cannot go wrong with a daily multivitamin supplement to target all areas of the brain and immune system. It is especially crucial in this time for possible relief and prevention of other illnesses from developing.
For an easy breathing experience, we recommend using one of our favourite oils. Eucalyptus essential oil offers antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties which can ease respiratory symptoms by dilating blood vessels to allow more oxygen to the lungs. The most effective way to use this oil is through inhalation by using an ultrasonic diffuser. Our ultrasonic pomegranate, mist and chimney diffusers are in high demand, so make sure you get one, or more, before we run out.
