Frankincense was gifted to Jesus on the day of his birth.
This is a precious oil that has been used for many years and valued as highly as gold and the gift of kings.
There are 25 species of the frankincense tree, but only one of them produces the highest grade of Frankincense – the Frankincense Carterii variety. Frankincense Carterii is thought to be the tree mentioned in the bible.
Frankincense trees are found in the mountainous regions of Western India, Southern Arabia, and North-Eastern Africa. The selected oleo gum resin of the small shrub is extracted and undergoes a steam distillation process that produces the essential oil used today.
Frankincense Carterii is best known for its high therapeutic benefits including the following:
· Combats negative emotions and stress.
· Supports immunity and helps prevent illness.
· Contains anti-tumor properties.
· Heightens spiritual awareness as it reminds of the gifts given to Jesus.
· Lessens the signs of ageing skin.

How to use and diffuse:
