What is PROPHETIC WELLNESS?

For the past 18 years, Myrrh Ministries have been combining the prophetic values and therapeutic properties of all the essential oils mentioned throughout The Bible. It was realized that these two values combined are much more powerful than separated. By giving the credit to our Creator God (the prophetic) for His creation (the therapeutic) we stay anchored in Him as our primary answer to wellness.

It is such a huge privilege and blessing to be able to share the connection of these two values with you!

CEDAR ANOINTING OIL

PROCLAIMING STRENGTH AND RIGHTEOUSNESS

The Hebrew root word for Cedar is ARAZ and means “to be firm and strength”. The Cedars of Lebanon are well known for their size and strength. David’s home and Solomon’s palace and Temple were all constructed with Cedarwood. Cedar oil consists of small molecules carrying oxygen which aid in clear thinking. A possible aid to Solomon’s wisdom?

SOMETHING FOR THE BODY

This special Anointing Oil has a lovely woodland smell. Cedarwood essential oil is blended on Olive Oil as a base. Perfectly safe to use on the skin.

“Mashach” in Hebrew means – to rub in with oil.

First, allow the precious guidance of the Holy Spirit in every aspect of the anointing.

The anointing of a person’s hands represents the authority of the Holy Spirit in what a person does with his/her hands.

The anointing of a person’s feet represents his/her walk of faith.

The anointing of the (fore)head can represent the blessing of God in every area. (Psalm 133)

Cedar Anointing Proclamation Prayers:

As a priest of God, I declare this oil in my hand is separated unto God, for His purposes alone.

I proclaim, Lord, that the uncompromisingly righteous shall flourish like a palm tree and shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon!

This day is Holy to You, Lord. I will not be grieved or depressed, for Your JOY and your strength is my stronghold.

I declare, Lord, that You alone are my Rock, my Deliverer. You are my God, my firm STRENGTH in Whom I will trust and take refuge … my High Tower!

One of the most significant attributes of Cedar oil, is the fact that 98% of its molecular structure is the oxygen-enriched sesquiterpene. Solomon built his private palace of the cedars of Lebanon. He had to inhale the extra oxygen benefits which, as seen, promotes focus. And that was his strength! He was clever!

As a prophetic symbol, Cedar signifies strength. Not only does cedar oil help for more focus and better sleep, but its deep symbolic song is that of true strength – the strength we find in the Joy of the Lord!
