In this week’s blog, we will have so much fun with sharing information about these amazing oils, their mingling capabilities, and your feedback in the comment section.

For an added extra we will include Spring related diffuser recipe blends.

LIME ESSENTIAL OIL

This one is part of the Citrus family and one of my ultimate favourite oils to diffuse.

It leaves a slightly sweet, clean, and lively aroma in the air.

Therapeutic benefits for Lime Essential Oil (especially during springtime) includes:

· Proves to open the airways to assist with respiratory conditions.

· May help to win the war against acne and skin irritations.

· Stress and anxiety soother to promote a positive emotional balance.

· Can be used as a natural disinfectant and head lice killer.

· The fresh aroma of this oil can improve mental clarity.

ROSE BLEND ESSENTIAL OIL

A little goes a long way with this oil. It is a powerful oil with a strong powdery rose smell.

Therapeutic benefits for Rose Blend Essential Oil (especially during springtime) includes:

· Perfect oil to nip your depression in the bud.

· For intimacy, diffuse, and bless your libido with a boost.

· Anti-anxiety properties to balance hormones.

· Do not let your PMS moodiness symptoms get you down. Diffuse, inhale, and smile.

· The fresh aroma of this oil can improve mental clarity.

VANILLA BLEND ESSENTIAL OIL

One of our single essential oil top sellers.

This is also an oil that offers a powerful, and long-lasting aroma.

Therapeutic benefits for Vanilla Blend Essential Oil (especially during springtime) includes:

· Feelings of positivity and wholeness will surround the atmosphere around you.

· Helps to put a busy mind to rest.

· Depression and anxiety fighter.

· Let your home smell welcoming and safe with the aroma of vanilla floating through the air.

SWEET ORANGE ESSENTIAL OIL

This is also a sister oil of the citrus family.

Zingy, sweet, and lively.

Therapeutic benefits for Sweet Orange Essential Oil (especially during springtime) includes:

· Great energy booster for the early morning risers (even better for those who are NOT a morning person, I can relate).

· May help to ease the symptoms of the dreaded springtime allergies.

· Excellent natural household cleaner with its divine citrusy smell and anti-bacterial properties.

· Effects to evoke emotional responses – lifts your mood and promotes relaxation.

DIFFUSER BLEND RECIPES

We have formulated these 3 blends to suit the 3 types of springtime weather days.

You are more than welcome to mingle them in any way you like

and show off your mingling capabilities in the comment section below!

Rainy Day

1 drop Vanilla Blend

3 drops Sweet Orange

Sunshiny Day

1 drop Rose Blend

3 drops Lime

Spring Cleaning Day

1 drop Vanilla Blend

2 drops Rose Blend

3 drops Lime

3 drops Sweet Orange

Myrrh Mingle Tip:

Only mingle 1-2 drops of Vanilla Blend and/or Rose Blend in your diffuser. Both offer strong and powerful aromas. They tend to overthrow the other essential oils as if it were a competition of “Who smells the strongest and longest is the winner”.

An essential oil blend is the get together of many essential oils.

When they mingle with each other,

they bring out the best of one another.
